Chris’s career within the private sector industry cemented her passion for assisting organisations find that right person - that person that fits the role, fits the team and fits the culture.
Chris’s ability to gather information, provide objective advice, and converse with people at all levels is her strength – from Board members, CEOs and Directors to ground staff within organisations.
Her working career commenced in Administration and upon obtaining a Diploma in Marketing at Western Sydney University she quickly worked her way up to become a Corporate Affairs Executive within a global organisation, leading a team of professionals and managing localised strategic projects.
Chris is currently recruiting the Manager People and Culture for North Sydney Council and the Director Corporate Services for Strathfield Council and has recruited various roles in the private and public sector, most recently the Executive Manager to the Office of the CEO for Strathfield Council, a CFO for Liverpool Plains Shire Council and the Manager Open Space Maintenance for Blacktown City Council.
Chris also has an expertise in Hogan Personality Assessment profiling and with this knowledge is able to ascertain individual characteristics and provide constructive advice to Council on candidate attributes.
